Unfortunately, conventional medicine does not focus on strengthening this capability and is oriented toward managing the symptoms of already progressed diseases.

The Functional Medicine approach involves an in-depth assessment of the body’s biochemistry. This involves comprehensive blood testing hormone testing, stool exams, mold and environmental toxin testing, and more. These are not your standard exams that your Primary Care Physician uses. By interpreting blood work in ‘Functional Ranges’, all organs of the body can be assessed, and the source of illness can be pin-pointed.
