Therapeutic Exercise
In most chronic pain situations, the natural aging process paired with behaviors of our lifestyle (sitting for long periods of time, exercising improperly, old injuries causing compensations) leads to a faster process of degeneration on our bones, tendons, ligaments and tissues. Therapeutic exercise for pain management and posture correction is essential for maintaining muscular and skeletal health and prolonging aging.
These therapies are implemented to reprogram the neuromuscular system toward the closest state of natural function. This can lead to pain reduction, more physical mobility, healthy spinal integrity and healthier functioning organs. By correcting these systems, the body’s natural regeneration kicks back in, and can sometimes reverse aging.
What will be done:
-Learning exercises to promote longevity and reduce pain
-Self rehab therapies
